Boston Mountain Tactical wants you to know what to expect before you order. Please review the information below, and contact us before placing an order if you need help selecting a product or confirming availability.
Order processing
Most orders are processed within 5-8 Business Days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Some products may ship directly from an authorized supplier or may have a longer handling time. If an item has an extended lead time, backorder status, or special-order condition, we will display that information on the product page or contact you after purchase.
Shipping
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
High-value orders may require additional verification, insured shipping, or an adult/signature requirement at delivery. These steps help protect both our customers and Boston Mountain Tactical from fraud and lost-package claims.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at info@bostonmountaintactical.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible.
Returns
Unused, unopened items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact info@bostonmountaintactical.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions if the product qualifies.
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, or are missing original packaging
- Special-order, clearance, or final-sale products clearly marked as such
- Hygiene, safety, serialized, or supplier-specific exclusions
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@bostonmountaintactical.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
