These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of bostonmountaintactical.com and your purchase of products from Boston Mountain Tactical, operated by Boston Mountain Tactical LLC. (BMT, we, us, or our). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, use, transport, and receipt of a product are lawful where you live and where the product will be used. You may not use the website or products for an unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.
Products and Restrictions
BMT offers non-FFL tactical, preparedness, and outdoor products. BMT does not sell firearms, ammunition, suppressors, serialized regulated items, or other products that require an FFL. Some products may have destination, carrier, age, export, or other legal restrictions. We may refuse, cancel, or restrict an order when a product cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to the selected destination.
Product images, descriptions, colors, and specifications are provided for general information. We try to present products accurately, but supplier changes, display settings, and ordinary variation may affect how a product appears. Follow all product labels, manufacturer instructions, and safety warnings.
Pricing Availability and Order Acceptance
Prices, promotions, product availability, and product information may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, or other information and may cancel or refuse an order affected by an error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order, as applicable.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. BMT accepts an order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise clearly confirm acceptance. An order confirmation or payment authorization alone does not guarantee acceptance, product availability, or shipment.
Payment and Taxes
You authorize BMT and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any disclosed fees. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. You are responsible for applicable sales, use, or similar taxes shown at checkout unless you provide valid documentation that we accept.
Order Statuses and Fulfillment
BMT uses the following inventory and fulfillment statuses.

| Specialty Item | BMT confirms availability and timing before fulfillment. We will contact you if availability or timing changes. |
Business Day means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by BMT, the relevant supplier, or the carrier. For carts that combine inventory statuses, BMT normally ships all items together once they are ready unless we agree otherwise. An order is not marked as shipped until the carrier has accepted it.
We do not promise a delivery date unless we expressly provide one in writing. Carrier transit, weather, carrier capacity, address issues, destination restrictions, and other events outside BMT’s reasonable control can affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide available options, including a refund when required by law.
High Value Orders
Orders that meet the threshold or risk conditions in our High Value Order Policy may require additional verification before fulfillment. The High Value Order Policy is incorporated into these Terms. If verification is incomplete or an order cannot be confirmed, BMT may delay, cancel, or refund the order as described in that policy and as required by law.
Shipping Delivery and Risk
We ship only to destinations shown as available at checkout and may require a physical street address, signature confirmation, insurance, or another secure delivery method for certain orders. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Subject to applicable law, risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. If a carrier marks a package as delivered, we will reasonably assist with a carrier claim or investigation, but we cannot guarantee a carrier outcome.
Cancellations Returns and Refunds
Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility are governed by the BMT Returns and Refunds Policy at Shipping & Returns. That policy should describe the return window, condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, refund method, and treatment of defective or incorrect items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Manufacturer Warranties and Product Safety
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to its terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMT disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing by BMT, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. This disclaimer does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.
Outdoor, tactical, preparedness, and safety products may present risks if used improperly. You are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and laws. BMT does not provide professional safety, medical, legal, or tactical advice through product descriptions or customer support.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, product copy, graphics, logos, photos, design, and code, are owned by BMT or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, nontransferable license to access and use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the website or its content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMT and its owners, employees, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the website, products, or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BMT’s total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid to BMT for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
